Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst (AI Training) to analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios for AI training. You will identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk points, then provide detailed feedback to improve AI understanding of IAM risks.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of IAM experience, familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege concepts, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity experience.
• Strong familiarity with RBAC and least-privilege models.
• Experience with access review processes and security controls.
• Ability to describe complex IAM concepts in writing.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to find weaknesses.
• Classify permission issues and privilege escalation paths.
• Evaluate zero-trust models and least-privilege designs.
• Generate realistic identity security scenarios for AI training.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning about IAM risk.
