Welo Data is seeking a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual AI project in Spanish (Latin America). You will facilitate sessions, coach participants in real time, and ensure recordings meet project specifications.

This fully remote role offers flexibility and the autonomy to work with data professionals while contributing to industry-shaping AI systems.

• Available to support sessions around 4 hours each.

About the Project

We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Latin America). In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.

What You'll Do

• Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
• Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow
• Support recording sessions independently following calibration
• Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Latin America)
• Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

Commitment & Compensation

• Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
• Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
