AppDirect, Inc. is seeking an ITAD Operations Associate to join the Global Operations team in Buenos Aires. You will oversee ITAD workflows, manage data on resale values, and coordinate with warehouse, finance, and customer teams using tools like Google Sheets and Retool.

This role emphasizes precision, ownership, and proactive process optimization. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package for you and dependents.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication, especially over Slack and email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel with SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all ITAD processing workflows with warehouses and partner facilities.
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams per SOPs.
• Ingest data destruction and settlement reports into internal systems for reporting and audit trails.
• Gather FMV pricing data from secondary markets and trade-in partners.
• Maintain internal FMV estimates database to power in-app price displays.
• Run reports to surface estimated resale value (FMV) of aging devices.
• Reconcile ITAD revenue reports with bank deposits to enable credit memo issuance.
• Collaborate with Finance to own end-to-end credit issuance workflow.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with vendor partners.
