AppDirect is seeking an accounting professional to join our finance team. You will support monthly close, prepare accruals, bank reconciliations, and assist with US GAAP financial statements for a US/Europe based operation.

You will work a flexible hybrid schedule (1 day onsite, 4 days remote) with PTO, medical coverage for you and dependents, and ongoing learning opportunities in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
• NetSuite ERP system experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with monthly close calendar.
• Prepare accruals and perform prepaid analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting.
