Air Liquide in Argentina is seeking an HR Support GBS Jr Analyst to execute core HR tasks and maintain data integrity within systems. You will support onboarding, employee record updates, and data validation across Workday and ServiceNow.

The role emphasizes end-user training and high-quality reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have HR operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent, and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent.
• English (Fluent - Advanced).
• Experience in HR operations and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
• Maintain digital records and ensure data accuracy in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Provide end-user training to initiate Workday processes.
• Run and distribute standard HR reports.
• Assist with hiring processes, onboarding, transfers, terminations, and credentialing.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes.
