Air Liquide is seeking a motivated HR Support GBS Jr Analyst to maintain data integrity in HR systems and support end-to-end HR processes. You will work with Workday, ServiceNow, and MyHR to streamline onboarding, hiring, and data validation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• HR operations background or customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent.
• English fluency (Advanced) mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and ServiceNow.
• Provide support and training to end-users to initiate and complete Workday processes.
• Run and distribute standard HR reports.
• Act as initial point of contact via MyHR Request with a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated HR services including hiring, onboarding, transfers, terminations, and credentialing.
• Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
