Our client is a U.S.-based business operating multiple locations and managing both full-time and part-time employees.
The company is looking to strengthen its HR operations by implementing and maintaining reliable systems for employee administration, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and HR policy management.
This is a hands-on operational role that combines HR administration, HRIS implementation, payroll and benefits coordination, multi-state policy configuration, and employee support.
The ideal candidate has already implemented and managed Rippling, understands U.S.
HR operations, and can independently coordinate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of HR operations, contribute directly to the implementation and optimization of Rippling, and support a growing, multi-location U.S. business.
You will play a central role in establishing efficient HR workflows, maintaining accurate employee information, and helping managers navigate everyday administrative challenges.
Rippling is configured accurately and supports the company's entities, locations, employees, and HR processes.
Employee records, payroll‑related information, benefits, and job codes are properly maintained.
Onboarding and offboarding are completed accurately and efficiently.
Multi‑state policies and employee acknowledgments are correctly configured.
Time‑tracking and timecard approval processes operate reliably.
Employees and managers receive timely support with HR and payroll questions.
Administrative tasks are completed independently, with consistent follow‑through and attention to detail.
Competitive compensation of $2,000–$3,000 USD/month.
