Humana is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patients at home across multiple territories, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role focuses on rehabilitation, functional improvement, and independence with tailored home programs and adaptive equipment.

Requirements include OTA licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted OTA licensure.
• Current CPR certification required.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in implementing vocational/education programs established by OT.
• Design/adapt equipment and living spaces to improve function and independence.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction per physician orders to improve strength and coordination.
• Document observations in patient records; help prepare progress reports.
