Qualifications

• Certified Education Professional Holder of an Early Childhood Education degree as required by DIPREGEP.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven track record with extensive teaching experience in Early Childhood Education and leadership/management roles.
• Forward-thinking educator up to date with pedagogical trends and educational innovation.
• Strong leadership capable of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kindergarten pedagogical project with clear objectives and initiatives.
• Drive continuous review and innovation of the education project, focusing on English language acquisition and literacy.
• Champion interdisciplinary projects and educational innovation.
• Implement school policies in alignment with the Head of School.
• Oversee student development across academic, emotional, social, and physical domains in coordination with counselors and teachers.
