Nodi is seeking an experienced security engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for the security engineering team. This 100% hands-on IC role focuses on design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Security Platforms across the enterprise.

The position requires day-to-day console administration, technical troubleshooting, and rule/policy configuration. You will work with stakeholders on new controls and guide requirements discussions.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Cyber Security technologies within an enterprise environment.
• Proficient in administering at least 3 security technologies (EDR, SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, etc.).
• Knowledgeable about Cloud, Windows, Linux, macOS, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with incident resolution ability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and implement security configurations to meet controls within Security Platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new or emerging controls to use in designs.
• Participate in intake and requirements grooming discussions with engineers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and respond to security platform errors or incidents escalated.
• Monitor Security Platforms health and coverage for enterprise protection.
• Identify and improve processes through automation or configuration changes.
• Support Incident Response activities as needed.
• Influence technology decisions with management and stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of cyber threats and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain security engineering documentation and diagrams.
• Conduct security training and knowledge sharing to grow team skills.
