cfalaplata is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Professional for its front of house team in La Plata, Argentina. The role involves taking orders, bagging, beverage preparation, and delivering guest orders with hospitality and a focus on ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the energy to thrive in a busy setting. Previous service experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Bag orders efficiently for customer takeaway.
• Prepare beverages according to specified recipes.
• Deliver guest orders promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
• Infuse hospitality into every aspect of customer interaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
• Continuously enhance customer service processes to elevate the overall guest experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics.
