High Scale is a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising for TV and social media. We are a 120-person team building campaigns for leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands.

As an SDR with a hunter mindset, you will open doors at major brands and fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities. You’ll execute high-volume outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book meetings with CMOs and VPs of Marketing.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and driving outbound initiatives.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting with 50+ daily touchpoints.
• Qualify and book meetings by vetting prospects against ICP.
• Strategic account mapping with Sales VAs to identify stakeholders.
• Track metrics and continuously improve email and call scripts.
