This remote role focuses on turning marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance that drives smarter decisions and better campaign results. You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
