Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to craft engaging educational content and product interfaces for our LatAm training programs. In a fast-paced EdTech startup, you will shape visual experiences that maximize learner engagement and comprehension.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams, using Figma, Framer and Claude Design to design, test and iterate—bringing at least 2 years of graphics design experience and a UX/UI focus to every project.

Qualifications

• A degree in graphic design or UX/UI is required.
• 2+ years in graphics design, preferably EdTech.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new designs for educational content and marketing materials.
• Optimize UI/UX to improve user engagement.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new designs for educational content for our training programs, website, presentations, email marketing, brochures, or other sales materials.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Test for intuitivity and user experience and make improvements to increase user engagement.
• Communicate with internal clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Create UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas.
• The primary tools you will use are Figma, Framer, Claude Design.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or related study in graphic design, UX/UI.
• 2+ years of experience in graphics design, hands-on experience in design, ideally EdTech.
• Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Thrive in a quick, dynamic environment with an iterative development process.
• Excellent team player that builds trust internally and with our users, customers and partners.
• Highly analytical and data-driven individual.
• Able to work independently and make decisions in real-time.
