Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support program feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global clinical studies.

You will translate trial goals, country input, and enrollment insights into practical strategies to support study execution. The role requires collaboration with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to identify enrollment opportunities and address challenges, driving smarter

Formación

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization planning across global studies.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budget estimates.
• Coordinate enrollment support materials and vendor activities.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improved support.
