Jobtailor in Buenos Aires seeks a senior SAP Security Lead to manage day-to-day SAP security operations, mentor a global team, and coordinate complex security incidents and audits. You will design access controls, advise on architecture, and drive SoD compliance across multi-platform environments.

The role requires deep SAP Security expertise, hands-on GRC experience, and strong leadership. International travel and on-call rotations may be required to meet client needs.

Formación

• ,Bachelor's degree in a related technology field (CS/Engineering/IS/Cybersecurity) or comparable experience
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorizations, preferably with global clients
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP Portal, and SAP Fiori
• Strong expertise in role design, authorization concepts, user provisioning, access management, and security governance
• Experience with SoD frameworks and compliance controls
• Hands-on SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) experience
• Security governance and audit support
• ITIL/ITSM knowledge and multi-platform delivery experience
• Excellent leadership and client management skills
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in time-critical environments

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Security services, including requests, incidents, enhancements, changes, and problems at Level 2/3
• Lead and mentor the SAP Security team
• Coordinate resolution of complex security incidents, authorization issues, compliance risks, and access outages
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Gather requirements and assess business needs with stakeholders
• Advise on SAP Security architecture and access management solutions
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and access controls
• Develop security, compliance, and testing documentation
• Support audits, SoD assessments and remediation initiatives
• Mentor and train junior SAP Security team members
• Stay current with cybersecurity practices and SAP security innovations
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support
• Support SAP Security and GRC implementation, upgrade, migration projects
• Work shift hours across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas
