TransPerfect seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to strengthen our Global Quality Management System and ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead audits, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive CAPA across projects.

We value strong communication, lifecycle QA expertise in Life Sciences, and the ability to manage multiple audits concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life sciences field.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 27001 or related standards.
• Minimum 2 years in Life Sciences QA audits.
• Ability to manage multiple audits in parallel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in development and execution of audit programs and schedules.
• Perform auditing activities in line with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, GxP and related standards.
• Host, manage and coordinate customer audits and qualification activities.
• Coordinate preparation for and hosting of customer audits and allocate internal resources.
• Resolve audit findings, action items, and follow-ups within required timeframes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, auditors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with RFI/RFP coordination; conduct and support calls with auditors.
