JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director of Data Engineering to lead the network data platform end-to-end and to anchor Argentina as a strategic engineering hub in Buenos Aires.

You will own strategic data governance, model authoritative sources, and deliver scalable, production-grade data services for AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with automation, SRE, and product engineering teams while driving data quality, lineage, and SLO adherence across a global org.

Formación

• 10+ years leading data engineering or data platform teams.
• Ownership of production data platforms, including pipelines and storage.
• Experience establishing data governance, contracts, lineage and schema evolution.
• Strong engineering background with Python, SQL, APIs and streaming tech.
• Proven AI/LLM adoption in production data environments.
• Experience operating under risk and control frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute network data strategy across modelling, sources and delivery.
• Build and operate the data platform with ingestion, storage, and serving APIs.
• Establish data models and standards for network entities for reusability.
• Drive data quality with validation, testing, monitoring, and SLOs.
• Implement data contracts, lineage, and observability for change tracking.
• Partner with governance programs to meet audit and regulatory obligations.
• Lead data teams with scalability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent Argentina hub in global infrastructure forums.
