DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Operations function. You will independently execute complex tasks, manage workstreams, and contribute to large-scale projects with a strategic mindset.

You will analyze data using SQL and Python, drive process improvements, plan small projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams to deliver measurable results. This role offers opportunities to shape operational playbooks and optimize key performance metrics.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, Operations, or Strategy role, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record as a specialist, independently completing complex operations tasks and suggesting process improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks for small to mid-sized projects.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust communication style and presentation content based on the audience (technical vs. executive).
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project, from planning to execution and completion.
• Advanced ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among various internal stakeholders.
• Experience understanding and articulating user pain points and the core value delivered to customers.
• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) in a related field.
