You will shape and execute the regional bookkeeping and statutory accounting technology strategy for LATAM, collaborating with Global IT leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards while aligning with the firm’s strategic goals.

Formación

• High-level strategic leadership experience in technology and finance domains.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with global stakeholders.
• Experience driving technology strategy for bookkeeping and statutory accounting.

• Execute the region's bookkeeping and statutory accounting technology strategy across LATAM.
• Lead technology projects from initiation to completion within budget.
• Oversee technical teams and align technology strategies with business goals.
