Job summary

Evolution is looking for a well-organized Team Manager to lead our Game Presenters in the Buenos Aires area, ensuring operational excellence and team development.

You will onboard new hires, manage training, handle disciplinary matters, and coordinate with other departments while using Jira, TTS, and Wiki.

This on-site role in Ezeiza offers rotating shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM) and a clear path for professional growth within Evolution.

Qualifications

• Team management experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership potential and good problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Ezeiza and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and engage team of Game Presenters, thus building strong team spirit
• Develop the team organizing and leading trainings according to current needs
• On-board newcomers, thus ensuring flawless employee experience from the very start
• Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations
• Continuously manage team so to deliver required results
• Manage various requests of team members and handle them on a timely manner
• Establish and foster cross departmental cooperation
• Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
• Work with company’s internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)
• Manage projects set by direct managers proposing initiatives that would benefit department.
