Creatunity Llc, a US-based marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to plan and oversee creative campaigns, assets, and timelines for multi-location clients. This remote role supports cross-functional teams from kickoff to delivery.

You will coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and maintain project trackers in tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello. A minimum of two years managing marketing projects in an agency environment is required.

• 2+ years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in PM Tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of creative processes.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
