The ideal candidate is a fast-paced, critical thinker with advanced English proficiency and experience in the interpretation industry. Responsibilities include handling client calls, maintaining schedules with interpreters, and ensuring project performance. Formación

• Must have previous experience in the interpretation industry.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and triage client appointments.
• Confirm schedules with interpreters and communicate updates.
• Manage requests for interpretation services over the phone and email.
