Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks an AI Automation & Innovation Analyst to join the LATAM Data Analytics & Business Insights team, based in Bogota, Colombia or Buenos Aires, Argentina. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development, analytics engineering, data automation, AI solution development, data engineering, BI engineering, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with JS/TS/React/Node/Flask/FastAPI/Streamlit/Dash or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, SageMaker).
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, data integration, workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, Dagster.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions that streamline repetitive business processes using Python, APIs, and cloud assets.
• Design end-to-end solutions including data ingestion, backend logic, APIs, dashboards, and lightweight web apps.
• Work with AWS-based data warehouse to query, transform, integrate, and prepare data for AI, automation, and BI.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to integrate models and insights into tools, dashboards, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Cloud Ops, DevOps, InfoSec, and governance teams to ensure deployment readiness and security compliance.
• Identify and apply practical AI techniques to solve business problems, exploring generative AI, NLP interfaces, and document workflows.
• Develop prototypes, pilots, and modular solutions with documentation for adoption and scalability.
