WPP Production is hiring an Interactive Project Manager to lead digital campaigns, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external resources. You’ll ensure projects meet briefs, budgets, and timelines while maintaining strong client relationships and clear reporting.

You will oversee requirements, resource planning, risk management, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and KPIs across multiple channels.

Formación

• Demonstrable project management experience related to the digital space.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project and Omniplan.
• Experience in costing, quotations, and project scope definition.
• Analytical and meticulous in project documentation, accountability, and tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with mobile/web technologies (iOS/Android, Cloud, HTML5/CSS/JS, eCommerce, Social platforms).

• Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframe while coordinating and ensuring all parties follow the agreed workflows
• Identify and escalation areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes
• Build strong, trusting relationships and communication with all key stakeholders, function leads, cross functional producers, senior managers, and 3rd party vendors that are directly involved with the work
• Manage the approval of quarterly budgets and proactively manage your projects within time and budget, escalating any risks to project delivery
• Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations, and reports to support your work
• Ensure your projects deliver consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
• Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are understood and followed by the project team
• Monthly financial reconciliation on projects

What does a Interactive PM do at Hogarth?

The Interactive Project Manager works closely with the Clients Producers to work on campaigns. The PM is expected to lead and manage digital projects while bringing together a multi-disciplinary team comprising of internal and external resources as required. They needs to provide an optimum interactive solution for the client that answers the brief within all the necessary specified style and technical guidelines.

As a member of the project management team on this business, you are pivotal to the smooth running of projects. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements and be responsible for all aspects of your projects. You will build strong client relationships, managing communication through the project team, providing consistent and accurate project reporting, project planning, and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered.

You will:

Requirements
