EY is seeking a Supervising Associate in Tax Canada Finance to deliver financial analyses, management reporting, and operational finance support. You will contribute to accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and process improvement while partnering with leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include month-end close support, reporting packages, and enhancement of dashboards using Power BI and Power Query. Strong Excel skills and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, business analysis, or financial operations.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Power Query.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments to support accurate financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and resolve issues.
• Process invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments.
• Provide FP&A support: budgeting, forecasting, and business planning projections.
• Prepare financial reporting packages with analysis, commentary, and insights for leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to address local business needs.
