EY Canada client account teams rely on the Account Support Associate to help run the business effectively. You will assist planning, reporting, and forecasting, and support activities such as engagement administration, pricing, budgeting, and time/expense reviews to drive profitability and reduce risk.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share financial insights to improve outcomes, and receive support to adapt to a changing business environment while pursuing professional goals.

Formación

• Business degree or equivalent with 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• English language proficiency; bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing support and develop planned metrics with the CSE.
• Ensure records contain accurate information across pursuit and engagement processes.
• Develop client and engagement economic measures.
• Monitor inventory balances and revenue adjustments with stakeholders.
• Oversee invoicing processes and billable scope discussions with CSEs.
