Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a facilitator between the patient and the company for a seamless experience.
• Answer questions about the company and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Deliver information about the product.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain professional patient support.
• Handle patient complaints and identify the appropriate response and solution strategy promptly.
