Formación

• Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist drivers or leased owner-operators with vehicle repairs, tires, fuel, advances and repair instructions by promptly answering calls and routing them to vendors or company facilities.
• Provide follow up to ensure problems have been handled in a timely manner.
• Maintain contact with the driver and vendors to ensure repairs are completed quickly and update Operations personnel on status.
• Locate the nearest appropriate vendor to minimize wait time, price, and ensure quality repairs; management approval required for expenditures over $500.
• Quickly resolve tire and equipment issues related to breakdowns and roadside assistance to maximize utilization.
