Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Findur Developer to join the Derivatives Technology team in Argentina. You will design, develop, test, maintain, customize, integrate, and support Findur on OpenLink Endur, focusing on GA and MIM trade-servicing functions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, product owners, and vendor teams to deliver production‑ready solutions and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in a DevSecOps framework.

Formación

  • Deep hands-on Findur/Endur experience, including scripting and configuration.

Position Description

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Findur Developer to join the Derivatives Technology team and design, develop, test, maintain, customize, integrate, and support solutions on the ION Findur (OpenLink Endur) platform. The platform serves as a core system of record for derivative transactions, valuations, risk metrics, and accounting.

The role requires deep hands-on Findur expertise, strong full-stack and integration development capabilities, and a solid understanding of OTC derivatives across the complete trade lifecycle. The developer will build reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support General Account (GA) and Manulife Investment Management (MIM) trade-servicing functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, technology, security, vendor teams, and cross-functional delivery squads to translate requirements and deliver high-quality, production-ready software solutions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Design, develop, configure, and unit test Findur customizations in accordance with approved functional and technical standards.
  • Enhance and support derivative trade-servicing capabilities across General Account (GA) and Manulife Investment Management (MIM).
  • Implement and maintain Findur workflows for trade booking, confirmations, valuations, risk calculations, collateral events, accounting, reporting, and settlement.
  • Build and maintain custom scripts, modules, interfaces, and supporting applications within and around the Findur platform.
  • Develop and support integrations with upstream and downstream platforms, including trade capture, market data, confirmation, settlement, accounting, risk, and reconciliation systems.
  • Work with enterprise and vendor platforms such as Bloomberg EMSX, FX Connect, MarkitServ, BAIS, SLAS, SCD, APEX, AcadiaSoft, RMDB, and IDRMS.
  • Develop and support FPML file generation, validation, transmission, and processing.
  • Support Findur databases and reporting queries using strong SQL and data-analysis practices.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, source-control practices, code recompilation, release management, and deployment automation aligned with the DevSecOps delivery model.
  • Participate in Findur platform upgrades, including version-impact assessment, code recompilation, version testing, regression testing, and deployment validation.
  • Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, estimation, and Program Increment (PI) planning ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to clarify business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Support cloud resilience and disaster-recovery capabilities, including Findur workloads hosted on AWS EKS where applicable.
  • Apply least-privilege access, security-group controls, access reviews, encryption, audit logging, and other enterprise security standards.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, technical documentation, and adherence to approved engineering standards; participate in technology evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Provide production support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and system optimization.
Must Have Skills
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of the ION Findur (OpenLink Endur) platform, including scripting, configuration, administration, trade booking, valuations, risk modules, and accounting modules.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Findur customizations, scripts, interfaces, integrations, and modules.
  • Strong derivatives domain knowledge covering OTC products such as swaps, options, futures, and forwards.
  • End-to-end understanding of the derivatives lifecycle: booking, confirmation, valuation, collateral, settlement, accounting, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with interface and integration development across upstream and downstream trade, market-data, confirmation, settlement, accounting, risk, and reconciliation platforms.
  • Strong database and SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and support of Findur's underlying data stores.
  • Practical understanding of valuation and risk concepts, including market data, pricing, Greek sensitivities, and volatility surfaces.
  • Functional knowledge of trade lifecycle events such as partial buyouts, corporate actions, and qualified purchases.
  • Knowledge of collateral management processes, including cleared swaps, futures margining, and Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) reconciliation.
  • Experience supporting production systems, diagnosing incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and optimizing performance.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Bloomberg EMSX, FX Connect, MarkitServ, BAIS, SLAS, SCD, APEX, AcadiaSoft, RMDB, or IDRMS integrations.
  • Knowledge of FPML standards and derivative trade-message processing.
  • Experience with repository management, code compilation, CI/CD pipeline automation, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Exposure to AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud resilience, disaster recovery, and OSFI-aligned controls.
  • Understanding of security and access management, including least-privilege provisioning, security groups, access reviews, cryptographic standards, and audit/DEVO logging.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and NAIC accounting standards, including hedge accounting, journal entries, and regulatory reporting.
  • Awareness of regulatory expectations such as OSFI B-10 and relevant operational-resilience requirements.
