FieldCore, part of GE Vernova, is seeking a Tooling Coordinator to maintain, update, and coordinate tooling records and shipments for the Field Service team. You will ensure accurate materials, proper calibration status, and assist in proactive operations to support outages and field work.

Responsibilities include tracking tooling orders, calibrations, and shipments, maintaining inventory, updating databases, and coordinating purchases.

• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals.

Mansioni

• Track tooling and calibration work orders and shipments.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kit readiness with proper quantity and tools.
• Update records of tools calibrated or due for calibration.
• Coordinate and package all supplies for outages.
• Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts.
• Ensure on-time delivery of kits and coordination with Service Managers.
• Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standards.
• Travel may be required; willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime.

Formazione

Bachelor degree (or 2 years sourcing experience)

High School Diploma + 5 years logistics experience
