Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar oriented to project management or trade marketing.
• +7 years in project management / coordinate multiple projects / retail / detail oriented.
• Advanced English written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills required (Data & Analysis, good business judgment).
• Leadership and cross functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of site image standards at retail and commercial sites in the US among customers, installers, vendors and project managers.
• Oversee third-party activities to ensure correct and timely implementation.
• Support marketing program pilots from a site-level perspective.
• Proactively work with all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Escalate unresolved site readiness issues when additional support is required.
• Maintain database for tracking status of Branded Wholesalers site preparations and program activities.
• Provide regular status updates to Account managers and Field supervisor regarding site-level program execution.
• Act as Image Subject Matter Expert for local new and existing contractor capability and performance.
• Communicate implementation learnings to support ongoing execution improvement.
• Support Area road show meetings, as required.
• Conduct data analysis of image projects or pilots on sell out impact in actionable KPIs and takeaways
