Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Field Engineer to support construction operations on site. The role focuses on coordinating field activities, tracking production, and ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.

Under the direction of the Project Engineer, you will monitor daily quantities, maintain field records, and assist in Work Plans while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards. A passion for construction and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
1 year of construction experience or more.
High level of English (written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and take initiative in a field environment.

Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day field operations and construction activities.
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen and crews to ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
Track and report daily quantities installed and performed.
Maintain daily field records including labor, equipment and production.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of Work Plans.
Support quality control inspections, testing and documentation.
Identify field issues and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
