Requirements include a Bachelor's in Petroleum, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years in related fields, and intermediate English; advanced English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in chemical treatment and corrosion control strategies.
• Experience assessing and interpreting chemical treatment monitoring data and recommending changes to corrosion control strategies.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and implement chemical treatment and corrosion control strategies.
• Provide technical assessment of monitoring data and recommend changes to analyses and programs.
• Serve as SME for water, oil, and gas treatment facilities in El Trapial Field to improve OE, production, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
• Follow up on contractor performance through daily field visits and interaction with Operations, Laboratory, and service providers.
• Lead OE execution in the field with a strong focus on safety and HSE standards.
• Prepare forecasts and monthly tracking of operating costs and facility improvements related to chemical products.
• Propose and lead medium- and long-term optimization initiatives focused on reliability and cost reduction.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose new technologies.
