Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory by building strong partnerships with healthcare providers. This field-based role focuses on driving patient referrals to Nourish through relationship-building and territory growth.

You’ll spend time in the field with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and health-care staff, working to expand insurance-covered nutrition care and referrals across the Northwest, AR region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or high-performance environments.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting goals and hitting targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of your time in the field meeting with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff.
• Prospect into new offices and build referral partnerships from scratch.
• Grow referral volume within accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate with leadership.
