The Walt Disney Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Facilities to act as the on-site leader for workplace operations at the Diego Lerner Campus. You will partner with HR, IT, Security and business leaders to support employee experience and deliver safe, efficient facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace projects.
• Experience with office redesigns, relocations, space planning and renovations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary on-site Facilities representative for the Diego Lerner Campus.
• Lead Design & Delivery initiatives, including workplace planning, office redesigns, renovations, relocations, and layouts.
• Oversee building operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Manage cleaning, gardening, and screening room operations, coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage vendor contracts and facilities service delivery for quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with health, safety, security, and sustainability standards.
• Lead, develop, and coach team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
