EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Client Experience Strategist to support the Microsoft Alliance Frontier Innovation team, translating EY’s transformation experience into executive narratives and high-value experiences for senior audiences. You will coordinate the briefing program, manage evidence libraries and governance, and collaborate with EY and Microsoft stakeholders.

• UniversityGraduate or PostGraduateDegree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, technology, operations, consulting or related discipline.
• 15+ years’ experience including executive storytelling, program coordination, alliance operations, business operations, consulting or stakeholder management.
• Experience developing executive-grade narratives, case studies, credentials or briefing materials for senior audiences.
• Experience project managing programs or events involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a large, global and matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly and maintain delivery discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools, converting content and data into executive-ready material.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the narratives and materials that tell EY’s transformation story (Client Zero).
• Curate approved client success stories into executive-ready briefing materials and reference packs.
• Own the systems, governance, and refresh cadence that keep EY’s Client Zero materials structured and current.
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of a repeatable model for joint EY-Microsoft executive briefings.
• Support EY executive briefings by capturing insights and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Keep the library and briefing content current, organized, and aligned to priorities.
• Contribute to process automation and AI-enabled content using EY tools like Copilot and Power BI.
