J.P. Morgan is seeking an Equity Derivatives Confirmations Analyst to join the Equity Derivatives Documentation Templating Team.

You will support review, templating, and processing of equity derivatives documentation and confirmations by partnering with stakeholders and ensuring accuracy across deliverables. You will help resolve issues, drive timely follow-up, and contribute to process discipline and risk awareness across the documentation lifecycle, working with business, legal, and operations

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including strong capability in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to review documentation with attention to detail and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver clear, professional updates.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment to raise issues appropriately and maintain effective risk awareness.
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to inclusive, respectful collaboration.
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets and capital markets products (preferred).
• Experience supporting confirmations, documentation, or lifecycle processes for derivatives or structured products (preferred).
• Familiarity with issue investigation and reconciliation processes, including tracking and reporting (preferred).
• Experience working with stakeholders across business, legal, operations, and control functions (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, accurate client servicing related to equity derivatives documentation and confirmations.
• Review documentation to confirm completeness, consistency, and alignment to agreed economic terms.
• Address legal and economic queries by gathering facts, coordinating responses, and documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, legal, operations, and control partners to progress documentation and resolve blockers.
• Investigate issues and discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose practical remediation steps.
• Escalate risks, exceptions, and time-sensitive matters in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting evidence to enable transparency and auditability.
• Support standardization and templating efforts by providing feedback on recurring issues and opportunities to simplify.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and participating in enhancement initiatives.
