You will translate legal requirements into verifiable design criteria, ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations, and maintain a critical permit route aligned with the schedule.

Formación

• University degree in environmental fields with professional registration; 5–8 years in environmental management.
• Level 2 requires 8–10 years in environmental management and permits; at least 5 years in mining/energy/infrastructure in Argentina.
• Graduate degree in environmental management, environmental impact assessment or environmental law desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and update the project permits matrix with competent body, submission requirements, deadlines and processing timelines.
• Prepare, review and submit Environmental Impact Report and updates with supporting documentation to provincial mining authority.
• Manage associated sectoral permits: water use, emissions, waste, soil movement, and transport of hazardous substances.
• Maintain technical dialogue with provincial and national authorities; respond to observations and audits.
• Alert permits that are critical route and propose sequencing alternatives to protect schedule.
