Qualifications

• Requires university degree and professional registration with 5–10 years in environmental management and permits.
• Experience with mining, energy or infrastructure projects in Argentina is preferred.
• Spanish is native with technical English for international teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update permits matrix, identify competent bodies, deadlines and submission requirements.
• Prepare, review and submit Environmental Impact Reports and biennial updates with technical docs.
• Manage sectoral permits: water use, effluent, emissions, waste, soil movement and native vegetation.
• Maintain dialogue with provincial and national authorities, addressing observations and audits.
• Alert on critical-route permits and propose sequencing to protect schedule.
• Provide environmental constraints to engineering design and ensure compliance.
• Prepare progress reports on permit status, risks and mitigations.
• Support citizen participation and relations with communities and authorities.
