Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. - F61 is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to guide AWS customers through multi-year cloud adoption journeys, aligning strategies with executive leaders and ensuring successful migrations.

You will coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs that drive measurable business outcomes. A track record in leading large-scale programs and stakeholder management is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customer and AWS leadership to develop multi-year cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and customer teams.
• Design and deliver education programs, governance frameworks, and executive briefings.
• Manage program cadence with reporting mechanisms and milestone tracking.
• Identify and solve customer challenges using AWS services and innovative approaches.
