Baptist Health in Argentina is seeking a Specialty Registered Nurse to prepare patients and assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries in the BH UAMS Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. The RN will perform diagnostic tests, educate patients, and maintain clinic equipment, collaborating with hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, HMOs, and other offices to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred prior clinical experience.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing
• CPR certification required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab
• Previous clinical experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients and assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries
• Perform diagnostic tests and provide patient education in the clinic
• Maintain equipment and ensure readiness of supplies
• Serve as a liaison between physicians and outside agencies (hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, HMOs) to coordinate care
• Support other medical staff to maintain patient flow
