Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited is seeking an experienced site engineer to oversee the maintenance and safety of the BESS area. You will organize technical personnel, implement safety measures, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the site in excellent condition.

You will analyze faults, propose optimization schemes, monitor equipment data, and support emergency plans and drills. English will be the working language, and overseas work experience is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field; rich experience relaxes requirements.
• Solid theoretical knowledge of power systems and practical AC/DC operation.
• Familiarity with overseas EHS standards and strong safety mindset.
• Hold industry-required special operation qualifications.
• 3+ years in commissioning, operation and maintenance of energy storage plants; fault handling skills.
• English as working language; overseas work experience preferred; local permit available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the BESS area to keep the site in good order and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assess safety risks, implement safety measures, and ensure safe operation of the energy storage system.
• Analyze faults in BESS area and propose optimization and rectification plans.
• Monitor equipment data, optimize performance, and improve operation quality.
• Contribute to emergency response and exercise plans for the project and conduct drills.
• Investigate EHS accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee maintenance, operation, EHS, business, and logistics to meet annual targets with minimal incidents.
• Coordinate with owners, service providers, grids, and government agencies to maintain cooperative relations.
