High Scale Ai is seeking a Junior Casting Talent Coordinator to help discover authentic voices and charismatic creators for leading brands. This entry-level role focuses on scouting talent, reaching out to creators, and supporting the casting process from auditions to briefings.

You will work with experienced producers to learn how performance-driven casting works, build lasting creator relationships, and grow within a fast-paced creative production environment.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, influencer marketing, casting, customer success, talent coordination, social media, or a related field.
• Active on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube with eye for creators.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Scout new talent by searching Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator platforms.
• Reach out to creators and present High Scale opportunities.
• Build a diverse roster of actors, UGC creators, influencers, and real-person talent.
• Sourcing talent that matches client briefs and campaign goals.
• Review creator profiles and assist in auditions and casting calls.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with talent.
• Learn to evaluate on-camera presence and authenticity.
• Maintain accurate creator profiles and contact information.
• Tag talent by demographics, interests, style, and specialties.
