Not Pot is seeking a passionate Email Marketer to drive brand-driven email campaigns and automated flows that enhance customer experience and boost conversions. You will plan, design, and execute campaigns, manage lists for cleanliness, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to optimize engagement and retention.

The role requires strong Klaviyo experience, excellent copywriting, and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign impact across sales channels.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in email marketing or retention marketing at a fast-growing e-commerce brand or consumer-facing company.
• Portfolio containing previous work.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo.
• Has a strong opinion on design.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with marketing analysis and large data sets.
• Experience with SMS marketing.
• Bonus points if has previous experience with Figma or similar platforms.
