AgileEngine is seeking an Email Marketing QA Analyst to review outbound campaigns before deployment, ensuring content accuracy, targeting, and platform setup align with specs. The role requires experience with email marketing platforms, QA workflows, and an understanding of audience segmentation and suppression lists, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will validate content, links, and tracking parameters, log defects, and own QA gates in deployment workflows to ensure campaigns launch

Responsabilidades

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment: content, subject lines, personalization, dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Validate data integrity: merge tags, personalization fields, and content render correctly for audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow; campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch issues and feed findings back into QA processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Email Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content, personalization, targeting, links, and platform setup.

The mandatory requirements are experience with email marketing platforms and campaign QA workflows, 2+ years in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review, an understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression lists, and an upper-intermediate English level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Review and validate all outbound campaigns prior to deployment — including email content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.

- Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specifications.

- Confirm data integrity: validate that merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content are rendering correctly for the right audiences.

- Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.

- Validate platform configuration — send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address — against approved specs.

- Assess campaigns against brand standards, legal and compliance requirements, and messaging strategy.

- Log and track defects in the team’s QA system; communicate findings clearly to Development for resolution.

- Own QA sign-off gates in the deployment workflow — campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.

- Review quality-related post-launch issues and feed findings back into QA frameworks and checklists.

- Maintain and
