Proppel is seeking a Senior Email & Lifecycle Designer for a fast-growing North American sports betting and gaming technology company. The role is a contractor position responsible for owning the visual direction of the portfolio end to end, across multiple consumer brands.

You will design lifecycle flows, set brand standards, work with the Head of Retention, and apply AI tools daily to craft on-brand campaigns. English communication and ET-hour availability are essential.

Formación

• Senior designer with experience in email, lifecycle, CRM, or brand marketing.
• Portfolio showing craft in layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Comfort using AI tools daily in a creative workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ship daily.
• Strong English communication and availability during Eastern Time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own the visual direction of lifecycle marketing across multiple brands, from email design systems to banners.
• Set and protect brand standards for each brand and ensure offers are on-brand.
• Design and launch lifecycle flows for new brand launches with the Head of Retention.
• Use AI tools daily and pair AI-generated copy with matching creative.
• Run and iterate on A/B tests and feed learnings back into the design system.
• Help shape internal promo tooling by flagging what works and what slows you down.

What we're looking for

Our client is a fast-growing North American sports betting and gaming technology company that has been building pricing and player products since 2020. Alongside their core platform, they run a growing portfolio of consumer gaming brands, each with its own look, voice, and daily promotional calendar. They are hiring a Senior Email & Lifecycle Designer to own the visual direction of that portfolio end to end.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the visual direction of lifecycle marketing across multiple consumer brands, from email design systems to daily promotional banners.
• Set and protect the brand standards for each brand, making sure every offer that ships looks intentional and on brand.
• Design and launch lifecycle flows for new brand launches, working directly with the Head of Retention.
• Use AI tools daily as part of your creative process, and make sure AI-generated copy ships paired with creative that matches it.
• Run and iterate on A/B tests, then feed what you learn back into the design system.
• Help shape the internal promo tooling by flagging what works and what slows you down.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior designer in email, lifecycle, CRM, or brand marketing.
• A portfolio that shows craft: layout, typography, and brand consistency under real constraints.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Comfort using AI tools as part of a daily creative workflow.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage a daily shipping cadence independently.
• Strong English communication and availability during Eastern Time hours.

Nice to Have

• Working HTML and CSS for email (you can build a template, not just mock one up).
• Experience integrating copy directly into templates.
• Background in gaming, betting, ecommerce, or another high-frequency promotional environment.
• Full creative autonomy over how multiple brands look and feel.
• An AI-first creative workflow, with the tools and support to use it every day.
• High ownership from day one, with real room to grow the function.
