The role requires keen attention to detail, discretion, stamina for long shifts, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as events demand. Training is provided to uphold premium standards in premium environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning luxury hotels or high-end venues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
• Experience with professional cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of event halls, meeting rooms, lounges, and other high-visibility areas.
• Ensure restrooms and high-traffic zones are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Carefully handle and maintain delicate fixtures, furnishings, and decorative elements within the venues.
• Manage waste and recycling in an efficient and discreet manner, ensuring areas are always tidy.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including floor polishers and advanced vacuum systems.
• Coordinate cleaning activities to ensure venues are ready for events or daily operations, often working to tight deadlines.
