Pullmen is seeking a hands-on Senior Account Manager for fully remote, LATAM-based work with US Central-hours alignment. You will own client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization across brand messaging, SEO, social, and paid media, ensuring tight quality and trusted tone for regulated sectors.

You will build Claude-based briefs, content calendars, and trackers, while editing drafts to match client voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital marketing experience for client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; built something with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Experience managing several client accounts simultaneously across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new accounts and set up site, tracking, and channels within ~2 weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget changes.
• Craft brand messaging, location pages, and client updates; draft in Claude and edit.
• Manage SEO, social, and paid media hands-on; structure ad accounts.
• Organize multi-location accounts to present clear location-level metrics and budget shifts.
• Develop Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks for the team.
• Attend client calls, including those in other time zones.
