Job summary

Zone 5 Technologies is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support daily environmental, health, and safety program administration within a defense-oriented aerospace manufacturing setting. You will help manage compliance records, training logistics, and incident documentation under supervision.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build foundational EHS knowledge while working with hazardous materials and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in EHS, quality, or admin support.
• Familiar with OSHA/EPA regulatory concepts and frameworks.
• Strong organization and data-entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning new EHS software.
• Able to communicate effectively with production personnel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate inspections and trainings; file reports.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, and calendars; track deadlines.
• Assist with hazardous waste management administration.
• Coordinate logistics for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Maintain ERP documents, incident data, and training records.
